After you have sent us a quote request, you will receive a special, individual offer from us, which includes the cost of the products, delivery times, packaging and shipping costs and any discount we may offer. We can also take care of the assembly. Remember - the prices we quote on this website are recommended retail prices! The price may be better after your request!

You can accept our offer and place the order in writing by letter, fax, email or by telephone. With our order confirmation sent to you, your order is binding. Your order is not an online order via the Internet and is therefore not subject to the applicable legal regulations regarding cancellation. Instead, the terms and conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions GTC mentioned regulations.

When it comes to shipping costs, we always check the cheapest option, including direct delivery by us. This could be of interest to you if you need advice or assistance with on-site assembly. Please note that a specialist should be called in for the electrical installation.

You will receive our invoice after or with delivery. Please then immediately transfer payment to our specified account.

The prices quoted in our offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT.

Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.
